I have industry recognised Pre and post natal exercise qualifications through a respected Pilates organisation. I can offer help and support to ladies who already have a background in Pilates and fitness, but also to those who wish to use Pilates for the first time during pregnancy. During pregnancy a lot of changes happen to the body and Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen your core muscles, relieve backache etc with an exercise program tailored to your needs.
I am also a Father who taught my partner Pilates during and after her pregnancy, so I understand first-hand the benefits of pre and post natal Pilates.
